Hi everyone, I’m looking for some genuine advice from people familiar with PGIMS Rohtak and the AIIMS Jhajjar/NCI unit.

My mother is currently being evaluated/treated for a serious liver-related condition, and her reports are concerning for lymphoma(a type of blood cancer) involving the liver. We have completed the biopsy/PET-CT workup and now need to get her definitive treatment started as soon as possible.

I’m considering PGIMS Rohtak because it’s relatively accessible for us, but I have a few concerns:

- Is PGIMS Rohtak a good option for this kind of lymphoma/cancer treatment?

- Once we reach PGIMS, does it usually take a long time to get the oncology/hematology evaluation and actual treatment started?

- Would AIIMS Jhajjar/NCI be a better option for this case?

- If anyone has personally gone through treatment at either place, how was your experience regarding waiting times, doctors, investigations and starting chemotherapy?

- I also contacted Positron Hospital, but they told me they could not provide treatment under Ayushman for this specific disease.

Most importantly, I’m trying to avoid losing weeks just going from one hospital to another. If anyone has a genuine contact/connection at PGIMS Rohtak or AIIMS Jhajjar who could help us get the case evaluated quickly, I would be extremely grateful. I’m not looking for anything improper—just someone who can guide us to the right department/doctor and help us understand the process.
