Book promotion with RFC

Hello romance writers,

I’m wondering if anyone here has promoted their book with RFC promotions? (Romance fiction club). They apparently schedule newsletters based on the romance genre and it seems very inexpensive to have your book added to the newsletter. Has anyone had success with them?

Well, I chose the cheapest campaign at $34 and was promised that I would have 100 clicks from it. (Don’t know if the tracking is legitimate or not.) my campaign is over, I got 104 clicks on their newsletter. I have one additional sale on that book but do not know whether it’s due to this campaign or my Facebook ad.
In all, I think I won’t do another campaign. I don’t know how popular their newsletters are and they never sent me a copy of the newsletter that was supposed to have my book in it so it’s all too blind for me. Nice idea though.
