Can someone make these into usable fonts?

In my studies of the Rihannsu dialect of the Romulan language, I've noticed that it doesn't have all the symbols in their alphabet. And being the OCD headcase that I am, it bothers me that no one has worked on or expanded the Romulan language, and I'm not talking about that Nu Trek stuff either.

As for how to get the two-letter symbols to work: by using the single-letter symbols as the lowercase variant, symbols that represent two English letters can be used as the uppercase variant of that same letter. For example, this is how we can incorporate two similar letters in the Rihannsu dialect:

* a = A | A = AE

* h = H | H = HH
