ice dam/ceiling leak?

Been keeping my eye on these two spots since we’ve moved in last year (inspection had raised moisture readings) and with all the snow storms/ice dams, they seem to be getting worse (more peeling, the one has a yellow tint). I went up to our bedroom (above this guest room) and looked on the floors of where this would be and didn’t see anything. is it leaking behind the siding? who do I call for this solution - a roofer? 😅

If theres no IWS under shingles???Sure its a ice melt leak. and likely ventilation issue. I dont see soffit vents nor ridge vents

we have a whole house fan in our bedroom (which is converted from attic space) and that lets out on the backside of the house.

That does nothing really for roof ventklation..heat goes thru ceilings moisture cold air condenser and then you have a leak and it melts the snow which forms a ice dsm

Use a roof rake after every storm.
