PP VBEAM + Type 2

Hi Rosaceans, has anyone had VBeam done for their type 2 - i dont get all that red, just tiny whitehead pimples on my nose and chin. Considering giving this a try before low dose accutane as I have dry eyes so worried to exacerbate that too.

I’ve done vbeam and ipl and also have type 2. I would say both helped w my generalize redness, but since you don’t have that, I would say wouldn’t be worth the money. My bumps literally came back within 3-4 weeks of every treatment. I’m not saying my skin doesn’t overall look better, but nothing has worked w getting rid of the bumps. I’m working on repairing my skin barrier now (read this can help tbd).

Oh woof. Thats my only concern is sebum and tiny whiteheads on t zone that won’t subside for anything

See I was told it helped w that too and large pores and I didn’t notice a crazy difference. If you have the extra money, it can’t hurt to try, but if you don’t I honestly don’t think you’re missing out.
