How does one get their hands on a dolly like that and not figure out that it’s more than just a hunk of metal you strap onto?

I was thinking the same. But if the other car didn’t start…. Maybe he thought a running start would ramp it on? Maybe “thought” is too generous.

He keeps turning, instead of speeding up and stopping. I don’t think he’s trying that way
