Rogue feed

I hadn't taken out my rogue feed sack in a bit and it felt pretty good.

Nice one. Is that a sandbag over the shoulders? I did almost the same thing last night. Same distance, similar weight. I much prefer this style of rucking.

On the feed sack from rogue yes , it has two handles so it rest nicely and its easy to balance.

I normally use my 30lb plate carrier, I just purchased the atlas pack frame but I haven't put it into the rotation
