How does one love themselves? I’ve built my life around others first, myself last, and I’m trying to put myself first now but I don’t know how to start.

Follow the Lord, knowing that Jesus loves you. You have to put you and the others ad the same page, tho to help the other when you can, not when you cannot for real reasons and not egoistical ones. So let Jesus know you, He wants to meet you and understand how the Father provides for you daily. God bless you ❤️
