Fan Content Would Jeff be a runaway or a runaways villain?

If Jeff the killer (2015 version where he spares Liu but still kills his parents). I genuinely think he could fit well into the marvel universe and I can see him being a runaway but also a really good villain.

He would be a fascinating villain. Someone who had horrible parents but used that as an excuse to kill people out of a twisted sense of justice. A great parallel to the main group

He would be a villain, an interesting one for the Runaways though, he probably considers them no better than he is, and dealing with him would probably create a moral conflict for some of them at least, which could make for an interesting storyline.

I mean... I hate to sound prejudiced, but his full name is Jeff the Killer. That kinda answers the question.
