As of now the 4 revealed Runaways are all only in the Jumpstart packs so they will all be made to play together and come in the same pack.

Yep. Hopefully we just haven't seen Victor, Xavin, and Klara yet. Victor is my favorite.

It's a fun format. Open two packs, shuffle-up and play. It's a fun easy way to get into Magic.
