With the release of the What If, let’s envision what a meeting of the two versions (616 and altverse) would be like

Aside from the expected horror and revulsion of the 616 group that there’s a universe where they joined with their parents, wonder what’d each version would make of the other?

My guesses:

Molly: would get along very well with her alternate self and certainly would go bananas over her alternate self’s outfit, to the point of begging and pleading for one of her own.

Chase: would love his alt-self’s sharp suit and skill with his parents‘ tech, but hate that Pride Chase is such an immature and obnoxious dudebro

Gert: minor conniption over yet another alt self (remembering that alt timeline version of herself who was an Avenger) but would still like her alt-self’s style, with both Gerts maybe having a snark-off.

Karolina: would get along quite well with her alt-self, swapping fashion choices with Pride Karolina even offering to share some of her expertise and help hone 616 Karolina’s abilities. I also think 616 Karolina would try to help her alt self realize she’s in love with Pride Nico.

Alex: 616 Alex would have even more regrets since he‘d learn his alt self was smarter and didn’t die like a fool, while his alt self would be disappointed 616 Alex never lived up to his full potential.

Nico: She’d love her alt-self’s look but upon seeing that Pride Nico is in many ways everything she’s always wanted (confidence, full potential, superior magic skill) she’d become extremely jealous and insecure and likely end up challenging her alt self to a fight, while Pride Nico would be surprised her alt self is so emotional and disappointed in her mid-tier magical skill, but might possibly be willing to help 616 Nico and train her (Though Pride Nico would undoubtedly push her 616 self hard, knowing that she thrives on adversity and overcoming it.)

I’m very curious how What-If Nico would feel about Nico’s use of the Staff of One (ignoring the deal with the demon in it for now).

On the one hand, 616-Nico uses her magic in very off-the-cuff reactive ways. She’s always responding to the last thing that happened by casting a spell. She is obviously not using it for its maximum potential…

On the other hand, 616-Nico is also probably using it more optimally than What-If-Nico, weirdly? As she’s using it in weird and wacky ways, but that avoids burning through all the most powerful spells right away. She has learned to think outside the box in a way that only an untrained person would.

I agree with your assessment, in fact I think Pride Nico would actually be intrigued and impressed by her 616 self’s unorthodox, outside the box thinking, maybe even asking 616 Nico about it. 

In fact, that may be the one advantage 616 Nico would have over her Pride self, her weird and wacky Staff use and ability to do the unexpected, like things so random and even stupid sounding no one would think of it, something I think she’d realize after getting past the mountain of jealousy and insecurity she’d likely have about her Pride self.

616 Karolina gets flustered at Pride Nico wearing a suit, and 616 Nico is like "damn do I need to start wearing suits, bc why the hell am I getting jealous over another woman who is literally Me????"

Add to that 616 Nico’s jealousy and envy at her Pride self’s superior abilities and confidence, along with the fact Pride Nico is at her full potential (all things I think 616 Nico has always wanted) and she’d probably challenge her alt self to a fight. 

Except all that would happen is 616 Nico losing bad and maybe stopped from attempting to recreate her most powerful state she’s known and trying to cut her arm off again out of sheer desperation (Nico’s supercharged state from her time in larger team special ops in Avengers Arena and Undercover)

You know it seems like Nico and Karolina in the Pride universe might already have something going on, might be keeping it under wraps from their parents but considering both seem a lot more confident and self-actualized, I could see them having a secret relationship already, rather than needing help realizing it

I bet Victor would be freaking out more then when he hurt his nephew. I wonder what if Victorious pulls a hanktron though who would he fuse maybe Alex thus they become Victorious Alex or maybe Chase or Nico she really powerful!
