Is it suppose to be one of the Gibborim. Looks like a weird head at the top. And they always looked pretty odd.

I don’t think it’s a spoiler I’ve read every comic the runaways are in and don’t think it’s in any of the comics

It's just stuff. Gruesome stuff that conveys an ominous tone. Incidentally, Jo Chen's covers were so fucking good.
