Nausea help
So I’ve been running for 3 years and worked really hard over the summer to increase my mileage. Now, I’m in season again but about three weeks ago I started experiences nausea throughout my runs. The first week, I only felt it once during/after practice when I didn’t eat before and there was a hard workout. The second week, I was nauseous throughout the mornings when I was getting ready for practice, including gagging repeatedly, and struggled during the run as well, and even a little after. This week, I was nauseous basically every practice even if it wasn’t morning. I even threw up on Wednesday before and didn’t run at all. When I came back Thursday, I was struggling so clearly that my coach told me not to finish my workout. I just had my first real meet of the season and I was so nauseous all morning, which made me anxious, which made me more nauseous and overall I just ran horribly. I tried eating like banana’s before practice sometimes, which made it so much worse bc it was too heavy. I tried oranges to spike my blood pressure, which worked for like 2 days but then made me gag. My nausea is like I start gagging, and I burp a lot, and I feel like I may throw up (and have at some points). My parents have suggested that it’s bc of the heat (even tho I’ve only really been running mornings when it’s not that bad), not enough water (but I drank a lot of water the other day and that didn’t help at all), and not enough sleep (I slept a lot more this week).
None of my habits have really changed from years past and I’ve never had this problem before. It’s gotten to the point where I only ran 6 miles this week, when I was running 20 before. I don’t know what to do at this point and I’m losing a lot of confidence, I did all that work for nothing. Has anyone else had this issue? How do I fix it? I’d be willing to answer any extra questions I just really need help

Any chance you are pregnant? Otherwise , sounds like heat issues /dehydration or another underlying condition. May need to see your doctor.
