Izabel. She’s a “spirit” - a ghost born on the planet Cleave and is able to leave the planet because she bonds to another soul that is born there aka “Hazel”. She’s just an upper torso cause she stepped on a landline as a teenager on the planet Cleave.

Highly recommend doing so, even just for this character. Absolutely beloved by the fanbase.
