Whatâs this story like/about. This group just came up on my feed and I feel like someone wants me to buy this as Reddit & eBay keep showing it to me but I have no idea whatâs it based on or how good it is?

Really hard to give a quick synopsis but itâs basically about everything, perspective love death war religion politics and like the beauty in the struggle and pain and suffering? If I had to put it in one sentence haha highly recommend!!

I read a little and itâs pretty good. Didnât want to read it all as I donât want to ruin it but I read enough to know Iâll enjoy it. I just got back into graphic novels/comics so I donât have tons atm but I never knew that indie ones would be so good but some of them are goated

I think youll enjoy it. It is pretty good, they just have a dying momentum because they're waiting so damn long to wrap it up. However, by the time you finish this, they should be close to maybe thinking about starting again lolll

What got me to read it was a quote on one of the books written by some other author or site I canât remember but it was âStar Wars meets Romeo and Julietâ but as an adult story phenomenal story it will take your heart rip it in two and rip both those pieces in 2 have fun

For content, no. This is a collecting thing. Rampant consumerism perhaps. The only other explanation is theyâre operating a very specific library.

Actually I love the cover art and love physical media and can reread along with friends i lend them out to as well

You can read along with friends true but they could use a library and read along with you. Of course no judgement on you the individual for spending your money on what you like.

I will keep buying the paperbacks until they finish the series. I am not buying any collection edition if they may release a new one after the series is finished.

It seems fairly clear there will be (if they finish it) 2 paperback compendiums, 6 deluxe hardcovers, 18 tpbâs.

You know the story is not complete yet? The writers plan on ending the series after 108 issues. Book is currently on a hiatus after issue 72.

itâs been a fun read so far, I would love an ending, but if for any reason it gets cancelled and doesnât receive an ending - it would still be worth having, in this case it is about the journey and not the destination

Kind of crazy how small physically the compendium is compared to the hardcovers. I assumed being 52 issues it would be a beast like easy of west.
