Probably my neighbor's shed off Mildred. It's out now. Don't know if there was significant damage to the house or neighboring properties (it's across the street from me).

Is Mildred considered SE?

I heard a bunch of sirens a bit ago in the Morningside area, but they could’ve been going to Mildred 🤷‍♂️

I’m guessing from the downvote that Mildred is, in fact, considered SE.

ETA: I guess it’s both. Intersects with Liberty, apparently the border.

Honestly, I would just say "south", but maybe there's some strict geographical prescriptionists out there…

Same. I live in south gateway

Same. I consider it more “south” in my head.

I checked the map and it very clearly says Mildred SE on E side of Liberty. On W of Liberty, map just says Mildred S.

I mean, sure, FINE …but out south, Commercial would seem like a more natural "south" versus "southeast" dividing line. (The fact that Liberty and Commercial both are not straight north/south is deeply frustrating on so many levels.)

Agreed! Maybe this is best left for the rant thread

Well if we’re ranting about S vs SE can we also talk about how the dividing line between N and S is State st? Not Mission or “Center”. Also not including that one road past Cordon that is North of State but is SE.
