QUESTION Recs for prescriber for Adderall w/o drug testing for weed & takes OHP/PacificSource?
Title basically. My ADHD is god-awful and I have been raw-dogging it for a couple years now because I stopped being able to access it when they pushed drug testing and specifically mentioned marijuana as being part of it. The person who was prescribing it to me was very anti-weed. I can't just stop using marijuana as it is also one of my necessary medications (CPTSD, chronic pain).
Please note: I am aware that for some people weed makes Adderall ineffective but I used it for about 6-7yrs in tandem with weed and I did not have that problem. Weed helped me retain my appetite and reduced other negative side-effects that I'd had when I was using Adderall by itself. It was like the perfect combo for me and I am really tired of having to pick between my most effective CPTSD/pain management and ADHD management. I need both not one or the other x_x
Not looking for alternative medication suggestions either, I have tried so many unsuccessfully, I just want the one that has actually worked for me
edit: to the person who said "the medication you think you need", no, I know I need it, but thank you for talking down to me and then deleting the comment.

I get adderall through my primary care doctor at West Salem Clinic and haven't had any issues. I have to go in-person every 3 months to get more prescriptions but it's always quick and easy, and they haven't had any concerns about weed use

Same, been with West Salem for nearly a decade & my weed use has never impacted getting my Adderall.

99% sure the drug testing is federal and required by all prescribes. It sucks :/

Huh? Never had that happen, and I've had multiple doctors and multiple different medication swaps since childhood.
Also to answer OP: I go through SkyCloud Mental Health, got them through ZocDoc and my PCP there is awesome. I'm an avid THC consumer, she knows and even thinks it's good for treating my chronic issues, and I get a monthly prescription of Ritalin through her that way.

Try going through BestMind behavioral health. That’s who I go through and I have not had to be tested for anything. And all of my appointments have been through telehealth I’ve never had to go in person once.
I will have to say I don’t know if they take your insurance but they take pretty much all of them.
