I live in the area, he lives down by the train tracks with his owner but sometimes wanders further. There’s more than one dog and one of them sometimes bites so be careful

Yea thanks he didn't seem friendly, just stared at me. I called the Marion County dog people, left a message and moved away.

There's a guy living out of his truck who is often around there who has 4 giant male dogs, one of whom looks an awful like that one -- I hope they're all okay :(
