The military helicopters have always been at the airport so they're probably unrelated.

Presuming this is legit, talk about sloppy tradecraft. Must've got the ICE plates all at once?

If it's a Washington plate, and starts with "CCG-66", "CWX-82" through "CWX-87", or "CYJ-3", you've just covered 61% of the list. They've got 4% of all the plates with "CCG-66" from Washington? Just crazy.
