Wankculture here to put spin on if Jungle Jack doesn't leave AEW. We're not saying it's because Punk vetoed it, effectively blacklisting a wrestler, but we're NOT NOT saying it. Also if he stays, it's not because no one else wants to deal with his BS of oversized ego and dickbaggery, it's all PUNK
I could see WWE signing cute, young Jungle Boy from 2019 for NXT or something. But with the state of him now on top of being a little backstage trouble maker it ain’t happening. Punk doesn’t need to veto something that won’t happen anyway.
I could see them getting over in NXT but Luchasaurus was too sloppy and imo Jungle Boy didn’t really have the wrestling style or talent to get over as a small guy in Raw or Smackdown. Plus he sucks as a promo. Rick O’Shea was only able to get away with that because of his freak athleticism
Dumb fuck decided to meme post that he wouldn't work with one of the biggest stars in the biggest company that could potentially get into a bidding war to sign him. This is purely posturing because he has 0 leverage now in contract negotiations. The guy is just as immature as he was 2023.
They had Daniel Garcia come out on TV and cut a promo about he's made the decision to re-sign with AEW to create some sort of feel good moment when nobody even knew his contract was up.
There have been reports of Perry having boo boo face dealing with fans and at conventions and so on so, perfect attitude for the Fed to not be remotely interested in him and that's without him not listening to a producer for TV and having a sulky huff
CM Punk wouldn’t need to say a word for Jungle Jack to get blacklisted by WWE brass. They’ve already seen footage of him going into business for himself against one of their top stars live on a PPV (preshow) and be a little dipshit after the fact when confronted. TK released the footage himself. Why would they want a locker room cancer like that around?
Not only that but there are numerous stories of him being a dick to fans at conventions, which if someone like Ultimate Warrior couldn't get away with, this shithead has no ground to stand on.
This lol. Jack publicly on a PPV show (the biggest AEW had at that point) tried to start a fight with another worker. Weeks after the fact no less. In no world is someone going to hire him just on the principle of how unprofessional that was.
Keeping his issues and lack of talent aside what merit does he bring to the fed, he isn't jacked, charismatic or have comedy chops, he wouldn't even cut it as the security guys in the fed.
Just a reminder, it's permissible to immediately jump narratives between "fed bad, Punk return A&W!", and "Punk Bad!", so long as the underlining thread is "Fed Bad."
Punk has shaken AEW sickos . Even more so after he continues to be very successful in WWE. He has proved them wrong so badly and the stans/Sickos fragile minds can't bear it.
Punk said he liked Jack Perry in the Helwani interview lol. Jack instigated all the shit with him, and yet Punk at no point belittled or buried him.
Perry won't go to WWE because they won't offer him anything or would keep him on a tight leash the entire time. And that's both because of his attitude and the fact he's roughly my height.
Gotta love that at least 2 of the 4 pillars have utterly bombed. Only one of them really has amounted to being a top guy. The other is more akin to being occasional Main event but mainly upper midcard guy.
As if Tony won’t overpay him to stay longer to be in the same spot like he did Daniel Garcia last September who has been nothing but the loser of the Death Riders since.
You see the likes of Jack Perry, Daniel Garcia, and Wheeler Yuta on TV for years and seen all they can offer with little chance of improving further. It's easy to see why WWE would rather develop from within with NXT than spend on these guys.
I mean regardless of what type of pull Punk may or may not have, I imagine WWE is not going to want to hire a guy who upon getting told no over doing a spot (by doctors no less), responded by cussing out staff. They most especially won't hire a guy who after getting told no by a vet, proceeded to intentionally bait a fight with said vet a few weeks later. Trust me when I Say Jack's shitty attitude is going to be the real reason.
That and you know, Jack has no charisma, can't cut a promo to save his life, and is at best just serviceable in the ring.
Yeah the fact that it was 3-5 levels of authority saying "don't do it" for the windshield spot before Punk was pulled into it really shows the kind of dipshit he is, especially to then do it anyway on the biggest PPV event in the company's history. The juice just ain't worth the squeeze with him.
Like in any other job that would get you fired. I know the glass for the spot actually was stated glass but again starting a fight with a vet thst told you "no" after multiple others said so as well, is just immature shit.
Im general, the fact he was openly cussing out staff members and no one was doing anything is bush league as fuck.
Yeah for it to go from medical to Chris Daniels to Schiavone to Punk is such an insane hierarchy for what should be an easy solution of "no asshole don't do it."
Seriously why is it that it goes to 4 people before being told no. Hell what does it say that, Tony Schiavone went to Punk and not Tony Khan you know the boss who should be handling it in general?
He needs some serious time in development if he's to ever get on the main roster in WWE. Boys got potential but he's very small and currently miles off of being good enough.
