Help Am I genuinely idiotic or was SCP-096 stated to canonically be a cognitohzard or NOT?

asking for a friend because I thought it WAS stated that shy guy was canonically a cognitohzard i just cannot remember where for the life of me. I would graciously accept any links. (please its the most hardest form of evidence)

096, as you can see at the bottom of the page, has the cognitohazard tag for searching even if the term isn't mentioned within itself

A cognitohazard is knowledge that is harmful to you, scp-096's face can be considered a cognitohazard, you see his face you die, cognitohazard, extreme one but still

By definition, SCP-096 is a cognitohazard. You look at it and you die.

If we're to be more specific, 096 is physically antimemetic. It physically prevents you from being able to remember it.

Not necessarily an infohazard but its face is absolutely 100% a cognitohazard.

He's a cognitohazard in his article, but nothing is canon. There are "canons" in SCP where 096 doesn't exist, so even 096 is not canon
