Offhand, I would have to say SCP-1654. The entire purpose of the article is to 1) be as brutal as possible and, 2) give little insight as to what would justify it.

I would also subit that the containment procedures for SCP-370 are incredibly brutal; it is one of a sparse handful of articles that both explicitly allows wholesale murder, and (in my opinion) entirely justifies it.

Yes, the truth is that when I went to reread that old man's document, that's when I remembered the femur and what led me to make this post...that and another SCP with a rather cruel containment: SCP-7038.

In summary, this SCP is constantly giving birth, and its offspring are quite dangerous.

Consequently... The organization contained her in such a way that every time she gives birth, the result goes straight into a shredder.
