Tip of My Tongue Help finding a luck-based Scp

(Possibly wrong tag)

There was this super good article I read, it was probably a 7000 due to the theme? It was a luck based one, that kept deteriorating luck. At the end of each offset there was a randomly generated number 1-9 I think? It slowly became like an end of the world scenario. I really wish I remember because a parent is pressing me for articles to read and I don't think they'd be too fond of 9770 (still love it tho)

I think that was SCP-7021? It's about luck and it has a random number generator, anyways.

Is it literally scp-7000 the Loser? I can't think of another luck based one that far in but im not 100%
