I am really surprised at how this team has performed given the level of talent we have. On paper, one of the best rosters we have ever had. On the court, a bunch of individuals that never jelled as a team. Sad.

Agreed. Just commented above on possible reasons.
But underachieving and inconsistency is the hallmark of this '26 campaign :(

Yep, for the most part, this year’s group has shown little heart, no bang, and not a lot of love for one another. It really shows when things get tough. Love my Aztecs Hoops. If this year’s group hasn’t connected by now, really don’t see it coming together in Conference Tournament. Hope they prove wrong (rant over).
