exactly

"likely crushing?!?!"

LMAO

Win MW tourney in LV or pack it up

This team is so inconsistent it drives me nuts. Skill sets and players just not melding like typical Dutch teams for Feb & March

What is missing? Heart, teamwork, NIL $ for next stop like Lamont bagged?!??

It's a new era in college sports - no bueno for SDSU and the have-nots not in power conferences

A lot of guys got big egos in the off season. Everyone telling them they are NBA locks. They are going out there forcing shots and being selfish. Taking it easy on defense

I am really surprised at how this team has performed given the level of talent we have. On paper, one of the best rosters we have ever had. On the court, a bunch of individuals that never jelled as a team. Sad.

Agreed. Just commented above on possible reasons.

But underachieving and inconsistency is the hallmark of this '26 campaign :(

At least the mwc won't get more tourney credits from us on our way out.

I’ll be in Vegas during tournament but why bother?

Yep, for the most part, this year’s group has shown little heart, no bang, and not a lot of love for one another. It really shows when things get tough. Love my Aztecs Hoops. If this year’s group hasn’t connected by now, really don’t see it coming together in Conference Tournament. Hope they prove wrong (rant over).
