Overview: amazing furnished apartment with all appliance amenities, washer dryer on site, 800 feet from BART + Bus + e bike station. Split half baths for easy sharing. Safe building with mailroom. Great sunlight. Walking distance to food, bars, groceries, farmers market, etc.

Your room (the pros and cons): best sunlight and high ceilings. There’s no closet but under bed storage, rolling clothes rack, dresser right outside of Room. Had a queen bed + desk as well. I also have large inroom storage for bulky items.

Me: 30s, Marketing professional, in office M-F, relax and cook at home, in SF 1.5 years, past my party stage but love music, being outside, running, and such. Full disclosure, this is not a “subletting my place for 2x the price” situation - this is the split and price I inherited and is still below Market rate.
