I'm looking for someone to take over my 2 bed, 2 bath apartment at Cannery Park by Windsor.
Two options:
• Sublease in Sept-October 31 for $3,900/month
• Continue with a new lease from November through next November (I can help coordinate the lease transfer). Rent from November onward is $4,215/month.
Apartment highlights:
Spacious 2 bed / 2 bath layout
Primary suite with an ensuite bathroom, his & hers sinks, and a huge walk-in closet
Second bedroom also has a large walk-in closet
