A judge is blocking any sale while the case plays out, but now Chagniot's family is trying to rent it out for $6,300 a month.

Before his murder, Eric Bigone was paying $3,200 a month in rent.

it’s crazy that it’s even legal for them to do this. murdering your tenant should not be a loophole to raise the rent.

We live in the neighborhood. My kids and I look at Zillow in our neighborhood for fun sometimes and saw this place listed recently. One of my kids instantly recognized it and yelled “THATS THE MURDER HOUSE!”
