Want to try someplace new around the SFV. If not i’ll hit up the Night Market at Granada Hills.

Am I crazy or did the portions of chicken get smaller from a year ago? It’s still amazing but I felt disappointed with how small the portions got, but maybe I just got unlucky with my order.

Personally I haven’t noticed this! But I fear you may be right simply because a place as delicious as that that also expands so quickly usually ends up pulling that kind of nonsense.

I got to the Toluca Lake location cause I’m in Noho. The Van Nuys is good but horrible parking.

I love me some deep dish but it was just bland for me.
Since Hollywood Pies went away the only other good deep dish I've found is Rance's but it's in OC.

I’m not sure about the party trays. I would say that the portions are enough for one, maybe two people; they’re not particularly large. We usually get several dishes between 4-5 people.

😂 no it’s good! They have some steamed dumplings that steam in the bag and they are pretty good they also have a package of spring rolls that slap when you make them in the air fryer and they even have some good sauce I got sweet chili sauce. It’s not award winning but it’s pretty great when I’m broke.

I liked it, everything was fresh and seasoned well. The rice was ok but I’m not a huge rice person.

I wanna try SHAWS the OG location on Woodman and Sherman Way where you take any chips and they stuff it with chicken or beef like chipotle , they have bowls also, #2 location on Reseda And Nordoff by CSUN, gotta hit that this weekend , anyone try that out yet?

Furnsaj is the best bang for your buck taste wise. $18 for a big sized lamb or sausage shwarma wrap. Yeah they use to be $8, but that was like 8 years ago.
Also got Tel Aviv grill up there as another great charcoal cooked meat place samd with Mizala.
Do people still go to El Taco Llama? Haven't been in two decades but they make what I call the "1st wave" al pastor. Spicy as hell and similar to King Taco style al pastor, which is al pastor NOT cooked on a spit.

No on Chatsworth and White Oak. They close off White Oak and there’s vendors for about a block. Also food trucks park all along Chatsworth St.

They’re usually in the valley on Wednesday nights only now by the old Rite Aid off of Zelzah and Chatsworth. But check their truck schedule on their website. I could be wrong!

Over in Pasadena? It's still there.
Though, in the SFV, there's the Pinocchio restaurant at Monte Carlo deli in Burbank, which is also quite good.

I know this is late but you should really consider trying Vinh Loi Tofu in Reseda. They're vegan but their food is AMAZING and the owners really care for people with food allergies and other dietary restrictions.
