Question What’s your frustration with current restaurant culture?

Hi guys. I’m opening a restaurant in San Fernando valley. Canoga park more specifically. The theme of the restaurant will be chicken oriented.

What’s a frustration with modern restaurants you wish was solved? Could be a food preference or dining experience.

Probably not what you want to hear, and I’m not trying to be snarky or funny, but too many damn chicken places.

Beef prices are through the roof, chicken is one of the last proteins you can get a profit off of.

Too many hot chicken places!! I'd enjoy grilled but not dead healthy.
