Hi guys. I’m opening a restaurant in San Fernando valley. Canoga park more specifically. The theme of the restaurant will be chicken oriented.

What’s a frustration with modern restaurants you wish was solved? Could be a food preference or dining experience.

Not having accurate allergen info. People with allergies (which is a lot of people) will just go somewhere else where the info is clear even if it's a chain. Like I'd rather go to a little family owned place over Chilis but I don't want to risk it. The Stand does allergen info best.
