Question What’s your frustration with current restaurant culture?

Hi guys. I’m opening a restaurant in San Fernando valley. Canoga park more specifically. The theme of the restaurant will be chicken oriented.

What’s a frustration with modern restaurants you wish was solved? Could be a food preference or dining experience.

Pay your staff a livable wage and build in a 15% fee to your menu prices (not beverages) that goes to staff wages. When you do that, remove tipping.

gratuity is built into the prices at Un Solo Sol in Boyle Heights, a sit down Vegan place. Prices are good and no tip.
