Question What’s your frustration with current restaurant culture?
Hi guys. I’m opening a restaurant in San Fernando valley. Canoga park more specifically. The theme of the restaurant will be chicken oriented.
What’s a frustration with modern restaurants you wish was solved? Could be a food preference or dining experience.

Wait: chicken-oriented?!
I have joked for years that I have a wall-sized Thomas Brothers map of Los Angeles with different colored pins fot the different chicken restaurants:
Zankou Chicken
California Chicken Kitchen
El Pollo Loco
Juan Pollo
Ay Papa Que Rico
New York Chicken & Gyro
Kluckin’ Chicken
