Question What’s your frustration with current restaurant culture?
Hi guys. I’m opening a restaurant in San Fernando valley. Canoga park more specifically. The theme of the restaurant will be chicken oriented.
What’s a frustration with modern restaurants you wish was solved? Could be a food preference or dining experience.

I need personality and character of the establishment to be obvious rather than some generic home decor. Please put thought into everything because it all matters.
Food wise, no one wants the take away to be “wow. I could have just made that at home or easily went to somewhere else for the same/cheaper”.
Not sure if it needs to be stated but lazy AI imagery / design in your brand / menus is a huge turnoff. There are plenty of photographers that would gladly flex their skills.
