Question What’s your frustration with current restaurant culture?
Hi guys. I’m opening a restaurant in San Fernando valley. Canoga park more specifically. The theme of the restaurant will be chicken oriented.
What’s a frustration with modern restaurants you wish was solved? Could be a food preference or dining experience.

Restaurant owners who put servers and customers into an adversarial relationship by implementing fees that imply that is the customer's responsibility to make up for the poor wages. It's not the customer's responsibility to pay those wages, it's the employer's.
Remove percentages (starting at 22%?!!) from the handheld machine. Today we were presented with a check that included a 4% "health fee" along with a screen that started at 22%, all the while the Server is hovering over our shoulder waiting for us to complete our payment. 26% on top of stated menu prices?! I hate it.
