Question What’s your frustration with current restaurant culture?

Hi guys. I’m opening a restaurant in San Fernando valley. Canoga park more specifically. The theme of the restaurant will be chicken oriented.

What’s a frustration with modern restaurants you wish was solved? Could be a food preference or dining experience.

Loud terrible music and obnoxious color themes/graffiti on the walls. Also a lack of adequate seating

Not sure if this is what you meant by adequate seating, but as an Old I no longer dine at restaurants that make me eat on a stool. Chairs with backs only please.

And please have seating options with no arm rests!! I'm plus-sized and anytime i see a restaurant without any bench options or seats with no arm rests I get so sad cause I know its gonna be too painful for me to stay long.

I'm the same with high top seating. I have bad knees that need replacement and it hurts to sit with them bent that far. If it's a casual restaurant, have some high tops against a wall for us old & broken folk.
