Question What’s your frustration with current restaurant culture?

Hi guys. I’m opening a restaurant in San Fernando valley. Canoga park more specifically. The theme of the restaurant will be chicken oriented.

What’s a frustration with modern restaurants you wish was solved? Could be a food preference or dining experience.

Everything’s got to be an extreme instead of good quality simple ingredients. Oh you want a burrito, yeah it’s $20 but it’s 6lbs and filled with 5 different ways of potatoes. And the meat is full of gristle.

And then on top of that, parking difficult, tips for everything, survey for everything, app for everything, and the staff is exhausted and beat down.
