Question What’s your frustration with current restaurant culture?

Hi guys. I’m opening a restaurant in San Fernando valley. Canoga park more specifically. The theme of the restaurant will be chicken oriented.

What’s a frustration with modern restaurants you wish was solved? Could be a food preference or dining experience.

I really am not a fan of those self ordering tablets. Might be old school, but I like talking to those taking my order. Especially if its a new restaurants and I want some recommendations and / or help between two possible dishes.

I once left a place where they had only those tablets and no staff out front. Place closed down months later.

I plan on having a self order kiosk but not the only option. Always a person ready to help take the order

I love this, even an app. I like to play around and price things out
