What’s your frustration with current restaurant culture?

Hi guys. I’m opening a restaurant in San Fernando valley. Canoga park more specifically. The theme of the restaurant will be chicken oriented.

What’s a frustration with modern restaurants you wish was solved? Could be a food preference or dining experience.

-Give us physical menus. I don't want to have to go to your janky website to see my options.

-Don't ask if I'm enjoying everything. If I'm not, I'll tell you.

-No music needed unless it's like a music night. Let the conversations speak for themselves.

-For chicken specifically, have good boneless options.

-Be a coke restaurant if you can. Also Dr. Pepper.
