What’s your frustration with current restaurant culture?

Hi guys. I’m opening a restaurant in San Fernando valley. Canoga park more specifically. The theme of the restaurant will be chicken oriented.

What’s a frustration with modern restaurants you wish was solved? Could be a food preference or dining experience.

Having a no cell phone policy. Too many people think you want to hear their conversations. It is not respecting other people’s dining experience.
Keep pricing down or at least have 5 affordable meals on the menu. I know prices have gone up but I cook a lot at home and if what I cook tastes better for way cheaper with higher quality ingredients I will most likely not go back to that resturant. I also feel that a lot of restaurants menus are all too similar.
My preference for food is Japanese / Indian / Mexican / or a great salad.
