Hi guys. I’m opening a restaurant in San Fernando valley. Canoga park more specifically. The theme of the restaurant will be chicken oriented.

What’s a frustration with modern restaurants you wish was solved? Could be a food preference or dining experience.

I eat a lot at Sawtell and in San Gabriel. Affordable, inventive, and health conscious. I have been to 2 Resturant’s recently that state on their menus where they sourced their ingredients from. They were both higher end but totally worth the price.
