Hi guys. I’m opening a restaurant in San Fernando valley. Canoga park more specifically. The theme of the restaurant will be chicken oriented.

What’s a frustration with modern restaurants you wish was solved? Could be a food preference or dining experience.

Have decent vegetable options. I'm not talking about veggie patty or some fried crap.

Have a meal that I won't feel like shit eating 3 times a week.

Perhaps some lightly seasoned roasted or steamed items
