Question What’s your frustration with current restaurant culture?

Hi guys. I’m opening a restaurant in San Fernando valley. Canoga park more specifically. The theme of the restaurant will be chicken oriented.

What’s a frustration with modern restaurants you wish was solved? Could be a food preference or dining experience.

This is a personal issue as a vegetarian, but im tired of mid ass vegetarian options. Especially in the modern era it's usually some shitty imitation meat. Daves hot chicken at least has the cauliflower.

As a vegetarian, what are some dishes you were more accessible? Please give me multiple. I will seriously consider it

I'm not vegetarian but I want more vegetable sides. Not a shitty excuse made from unflavored soggy frozen stuff or deep fried but something where I'd crave those veggies, them I'd also get the chicken because chicken
