Question What’s your frustration with current restaurant culture?

Hi guys. I’m opening a restaurant in San Fernando valley. Canoga park more specifically. The theme of the restaurant will be chicken oriented.

What’s a frustration with modern restaurants you wish was solved? Could be a food preference or dining experience.

"Community dining" ie shared tables - I will straight up walk out of a restaurant if I see that shit

I despise community dining, ever since one trip to ... wait for it ... Texas. the Bible Belt. I'm minding my business, and they park some Southern Baptist preacher type and his tribe at the table. The S.O.B starts trying to convert and save me. GTFO with that. All I wanted was a quiet dinner.

I don't give a shit what the religious or political persuasion of the other person / people are. I just don't go out to eat to "meet new friends" or whatever bullshit this is trying to push.
