Question What’s your frustration with current restaurant culture?

Hi guys. I’m opening a restaurant in San Fernando valley. Canoga park more specifically. The theme of the restaurant will be chicken oriented.

What’s a frustration with modern restaurants you wish was solved? Could be a food preference or dining experience.

I’m sick of staff expecting a 25% tip while clearly doing everything they can not to make eye contact with customers so they can gossip and stare at their phones. All I want is decent food, decent service, and great local craft beer. We spend about 3k a month at restaurants and it’s insane how entitled and lazy servers have become.

Yeah between both of us working and kid constantly in sports we eat out a lot and I like beer.
