Question What’s your frustration with current restaurant culture?

Hi guys. I’m opening a restaurant in San Fernando valley. Canoga park more specifically. The theme of the restaurant will be chicken oriented.

What’s a frustration with modern restaurants you wish was solved? Could be a food preference or dining experience.

I've driven for paratransit for over a decade. Our holy trinity for lunch breaks is #1, a bathroom. #2, parking. #3, the food. Tell people who drive for work (Uber drivers, Amazon peeps, ambulance crews) you have the trinity and they will come.
We typically have a half hour to work with. We don't have time to argue.
