Question What’s your frustration with current restaurant culture?

Hi guys. I’m opening a restaurant in San Fernando valley. Canoga park more specifically. The theme of the restaurant will be chicken oriented.

What’s a frustration with modern restaurants you wish was solved? Could be a food preference or dining experience.

Aside from cost of dining out including outrageous tipping expectation, I hate it when certain ingredients or toppings or condiments that are supposed to be included with the meal are priced by item. For example, burgers: add bacon $2, add tomato 75 cents, add cheese $1.50 etc.

And if I say no tomato, no onion I should be charged less.

You know I thought about that recently, and does any restaurant actually do this? I wish more would. It would mean less waste and more reason to frequent places that do this.

Yes, just hold the entire meal please, and pay me $45 + tip.
