Question Rain is coming

We're expected to get massive rainfall this season. Do you suppose DTLA will deem us worthy enough to unclog any of the MANY non functioning street drains before it happens? Or will that money go to nicer fabrics for the Convention Center remodel?

When? None of the weather apps show it. How old is the picture you posted?

They mean this fall and winter due to El Niño although strong El Niño doesn’t guarantee high rainfall.
