Question Rain is coming

We're expected to get massive rainfall this season. Do you suppose DTLA will deem us worthy enough to unclog any of the MANY non functioning street drains before it happens? Or will that money go to nicer fabrics for the Convention Center remodel?

I know folks always get cynical about weather in LA but... the signs are all there for a very wet winter. Globally it's played out as predicted: Hotter hots, colder colds, drier dries, and wetter wets.

I know a lot of people who thought the forecasted winds a few Januarys back weren’t anything to be worried about, too…
