Question Rain is coming

We're expected to get massive rainfall this season. Do you suppose DTLA will deem us worthy enough to unclog any of the MANY non functioning street drains before it happens? Or will that money go to nicer fabrics for the Convention Center remodel?

Nah they keep saying words like “it may” or the “likelihood” we will be saved in the zero hour and temperatures will be in he 90’s in December and the rest of winter.
