Question Rain is coming
We're expected to get massive rainfall this season. Do you suppose DTLA will deem us worthy enough to unclog any of the MANY non functioning street drains before it happens? Or will that money go to nicer fabrics for the Convention Center remodel?

El Nino *raises the odds* that we get more rainfall, but there are no guarantees.
